Orders are processed Monday through Friday and not on weekends or holidays. ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for order processing, pending availability and credit card approval before your package is shipped. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping options.
All communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current. You will receive an e-mail confirmation and receipt once your order has been confirmed. If you dont receive this email please contact us immediately. You will receive another email to advise when your order has shipped and the tracking details.

If there is an issue filling your order, we will email you. If you have a specific request or need by a specific date, you are welcome to put this in the COMMENTS field during the order process and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

Shipping & handling charges are based on the total price of your order (excluding Sales tax) and shipping method chosen. Everything is shipped from our Headquarters in Hollywood, CA.

UPS - United Parcel Service
UPS delivery is available to customers located in the continental USA only and no P.O. Boxes. This method has tracking.

UPS Ground within California usually arrives within 1-3 days. The rest of the country arrives in generally 4-7 business days from shipment date. If you are in Southern California only (from Los Angeles up to about Santa Barbara and down to San Diego), UPS Ground arrives the next day so choose this for quick delivery.

INTERNATIONAL

We ship internationally to just about every country. Here is our pricing for everywhere (except Canada which is shown above). Tracking is only provided on orders above $80.

TOPReturn Policy

An item may be returned for credit refund within 45 days of receipt as long as the item has not been used. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We don't accept returns on merchandise that was purchased on sale.
We do not refund Shipping & Handling expenses unless of course the goods arrived damaged or in error, we then will send a paid envelope for the return of the product. Please note that refunds for gifts received will be an exchange only, not a monetary refund.

Please provide your order details, name, phone and email information so we can processed refund/credit for the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your return.
